Realistically I will never count my food, which made me think MY prep method is similar to what you describe here “I’ve created a solid prepping method (I’m still trying to come up with a catchy name for it) that will be featured in the upcoming book. It’s designed to help you reach your appropriate food goals (no matter what method of nutrition you use) without specifically counting or tracking numbers.”
