Though they each try to get your symptoms under control, they do it by different mechanisms which when taken altogether, can work even better than by itself. So, using the table below, a patient can generally take one medication from each column at the same time (but not more than one medication contained within a column unless directed by your doctor). For example (highlighted in BOLD ), a patient can choose to take allegra, nasonex, singulair, patanase, nasalcrom, and saline flushes all at the same time. Anti-Histamine Pill Steroid Nasal Spray Anti-Histamine Nasal Spray Leukotriene Inhibitor Saline Cromolyn Nasal Spray Vitamins Allegra (fexofenadine)
Zyrtec (cetirizine)

If the steroid sprays don’t provide enough relief for you, considering adding an antihistamine spray (such as azelastine or olopatadine). Those are available by prescription, but studies show the combination can provide more relief than the steroid spray alone. Another option is an  antihistamine pill , like fexofenadine (Allegra and generic), loratadine (Claritin and generic), or cetirizine (Zyrtec and generic). And if you’re already taking one of those and it’s working to relieve your symptoms, our medical advisers say there’s no need to switch or add a steroid or antihistamine spray.

Xlear's secret is the patented, natural saline spray containing xylitol—an ingredient which cleanses and moisturizes. Normal saline nasal sprays can dry out the nasal passage, actually leaving it more irritated and susceptible to external contaminants. But with the addition of xylitol, Xlear Saline Nasal Spray with xylitol will moisturize and soothe your sinus and nasal passages. Xylitol also has cleansing benefits; it almost acts like soap for your nose. The industry-leading formula alleviates congestion and also prevents bacteria and other pollutants from sticking to nasal tissues. Now you can naturally promote upper respiratory health while alleviating congestion with Xlear Saline Nasal Spray with xylitol!

Hello Glad that my comments helped you.  I too have had cataracts removed  and in my case it did lower the IOP a bit although after the ops I had to have glaucoma drops as the IOP's rose (I was not being treated for glaucoma at this time).  I was told I was a steroid responder but did not at the time think sprays would cause a rise as well.  I have to use glaucoma drops in the left eye ( I had  laser treatment but it did not work at least not enough).  My last IOP's last month were 20 right eye and 18 left so stable.  With regard to the fluticasone what are you using instead.  I have diagnosed perrenial rhinitis so I just manage with salt water sprays.
